Minutes of the 2018 AGM

2018 AGM Minutes

membership renewal form

We had a successful recent AGM and have filled the committee again.

Congratulations to Peter Stafford who is the new President, and many thanks to Susie Green for presiding over the group during a very busy time for us.

The Heritage Trail is progressing, albeit slowly. The delay is due to AHC engineering requirements. We apologise to sponsors for the glacial pace of progress but assure you this glacier is not retreating.

After the success of the centennial picnic we intend to have an annual community picnic.Preliminary planning has it placed this year at the Forest Range Oval on Sunday the 25th October.

Please find attached the minutes of our recent AGM and a membership renewal form.

Please support the group by completing the form and send it back via mail or electronically using the details on the form.
can I remind people that, yes, you do have to place a stamp on your envelope if using Australia Post and it really does help if you send it to Forest Range (not Lenswood).

Kind Regards
